In Brief
We build Lebanon Coins to be a hub of everything related to Lebanon coins, we compiled a wealth of information about the subject that we hope that both the public as well as the professional numismatists will enjoy to browse. The Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI) has been adapted for the first time to publish numismatic data, making it available in internationally recognizable format thus availing it to interested repositories. The Lebanon Coins web site is part of "MeMemoria" a project dedicated to collecting, exhibiting and conserving memories engraved on metal surfaces or inscribed on printed matter from Lebanon, middle east and Arabic speaking countries but not limited to them. Lebanon Coins is a project by Absi co developed by Horizons Innovations. More...
